ATTENTION: Starving RebelsNow that I am living on campus, I understand more than ever the value of a microwave. Sure the Student Union has some good food, but they also have odd hours and Dinning Dollars don't last forever. And yea the dinning commons aren't to bad....... but sometimes you just need a meal in between meals or something quick so you can optimize your study time.
So, here are some excellent microwave meal ideas

Cheezy Ritz Cracker Meltz:
Ingredients
5 Ritz crackers or Ritz honey butter crackers
5 slices kraft cracker cuts sharp cheddar cheese
2 1/2 teaspoons chopped walnuts or pecans
Directions
1Top crackers with cheese and then the walnuts or pecans.
2Place on microwaveable plate.
3Microwave on high for 10 seconds or until cheese is melted.
4Enjoy!

Spicy Bean "quesadillas"
Ingredients
2 ounces kraft 2% cheddar cheese
24 Triscuit crackers
1/4 cup refried beans
1/4 cup Thick and chunky salsa of your choice
Black Olives (optional)
reduced-fat sour cream (optional)
Directions
1Cut cheese into 6 slices; cut each slice crosswise in half. Top each of 12 crackers with 1 teaspoon beans, 1 piece cheese and 1 teaspoon salsa. Cover with remaining crackers.
2Place 6 topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on high 10 to 15 seconds or until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining crackers.
3Jazz it up: garnish with black olive slices and reduced fat sour cream.
For Desert:

S'mores Clusters
Ingredients
6 chocolate candy bars
2 cups mini marshmellows
8 coarsely chopped graham crackers
Directions
1Break and heat 6 milk-chocolate bars in the microwave.
2Stir in 2 cups of mini-marshmallows and 8 coarsely chopped graham crackers.
3Drop spoonfuls of the mix into miniature paper muffin cups.
4Cover and refrigerate until firm.
